for week one of my resolution, i made:

deep dish personal pizzas.
note: i am not a cook. 2010, it’s time to learn.

ingredients: dough, tomato sauce, onion, spinach, tomato, feta, ricotta, mozzarella. yum. nect time i should make my own dough.


carmelize the onions, throw in some spinach and sautee. wrestle with pizza dough for fifteen minutes. finally give up and let the pizzas be made with holes in the dough. no one will notice right?


throw all of your ingredients on the pizzas. pretend like you know what you're doing. don't use a recipe.


put pizzas in oven, 400 degrees fifteen minutes, and become obsessed with not letting them burn. check the oven every 2.33 minutes. do crunches on the kitchen floor.

get too excited and take them out of the oven (prematurely, but still edibly).


feed to hungry roommates.

    Let other roommate try re-heating and burning but just eating around the burnt parts bc the rest was so good!
